We are a group of fitness and nutrition fiends that love learning new methods, theories, and techniques within the industry. As a team, we come from a diverse set of backgrounds, from physiology and exercise science, to kinesiology, to even business and psychology.
We’re all athletes in our own realms – powerlifter, figure competitor, marathoner, and swimmer. We’ve all realized that regardless of what your fitness/health goals are…you’re much better off if you know where you are, so you can know where you want to get to!
Meet our leaders
We are athletes, health nuts, and science nerds.
Owner of Composition ID in Baltimore
Kevin is a fun loving fitness and health enthusiast. He loves talking to people and understanding their goals and motivations behind them. Understanding someone's goals is the first step to help making them happen.
Kevin’s family has roots in Baltimore and as a 4th generation baltimorean, he loves the city. His great great grandparents immigrated from Ireland to Baltimore. Two of his great grandfathers owned bars in the city, his grandfather served in the Navy and later settled down in Baltimore, and his father went to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and attended the Naval Academy playing baseball. Kevin moved to Baltimore after playing 5 years of year-round baseball and attend UMBC. He was able to take many lessons from playing sports with him and applies them to his everyday life.
During college Kevin had some experience working in a physical therapy clinic which fostered his love for the health and fitness profession. He believes that being able to educate people about their own body and how to use it correctly is vital to seeing the best results.
In his free time you might find him practicing photography, looking for a great spot to eat, or going to see one of his favorite D.C and Baltimore sports teams play.
Kevin is not in the business of biometrics. He is in the business of helping people become the best they want to be and providing them with accurate and personal information to do that. Everyone is unique and body’s work differently. It's time we started to apply that mindset to fitness. He just happens to use gold standard technology to do that.
