For more than a decade, we’ve focused on helping people understand their bodies through validated data — DEXA scans, VO₂ max testing, and resting metabolic rate analysis — so changes are grounded in clarity, not guesswork.

As we move into 2026, we’re developing a medically supervised GLP‑1 and peptide program designed to integrate medication, strength, nutrition, and objective data in a way that protects long‑term health.
